Coconut Lime Ginger Beer Fizz


  • 1-inch                    piece of fresh ginger, peeled and thinly sliced
  • 1-2t                        simple syrup infused with cinnamon
  • 2oz                         aged rum
  • 2oz                         coconut water
  • Ice
  • 2oz                        ginger beer
  • 1 lime wedge

Sugar the rim of the glass

In a cocktail shaker, muddle the ginger, squeeze lime wedge and drop in. Add the rum and coconut water; fill the shaker ½ with ice and shake well. Strain into an ice-filled rocks glass and top with the ginger beer. Garnish with the lime wedge and cinnamon stick.
