What is permanent makeup?
is a cosmetic technique which uses tattoos as a means of producing designs that resemble makeup. Permanent Cosmetics by Abby utilizes machine techniques only, for eyebrows, eyeliner, and lips. These techniques are considered semi permanent and will need to be up-kept every couple of years.

What is a clinical facial?
Clinical facials are are topical skin treatments done by a trained professional that can treat any area of the body. Clinical facials are typically used to remedy things like dull skin, scarring, and acne. They remove impurities from the skin, such as dirt, grease, and excess sebum. At Permanent Cosmetics by Abby, a hydraderm machine is used to flush out toxins and detoxify pores, leaving clients with a healthy glow and complexion.
