Step 1: Prep Your Pan
Begin by heating up your pan, which will be used to cook the muscles. Prep it using a little bit of olive oil and add in onions once the oil is hot.
Step 2: Make The Base
Once the onions have had some time to cook, add in ginger. Next, add in red curry paste, and mix, followed by coconut milk, which will serve as the base for the sauce. Let the pan come to a simmer.
Step 3: Add Your Proteins
As you’re letting your pan come to a simmer, add in your muscles, shrimp, green onions, cilantro, and lime. Let the pot simmer and cook, and then plate and enjoy!
