    I have eaten shrimp & lobster cooked Sous Vide and it was cooked to perfection. Delicious!

    I always wanted to learn about Sous Vide cooking. I like the idea of flavour infused food but this is too much time for my lifestyle.

    It seems like a lot of work. I am not sure if I will try this but the idea of flavour infused food sounds great!
