What you’ll need: black beans, red onions, tomatoes, kidney beans, red pepper, corn, Hot & Spicy Extreme Bean, olive oil, wine juice, cilantro
Step 1: Slice & Dice
First things first, chop up your red onions, red pepper, and tomatoes. You want the pieces to be slightly smaller than bite-sized. You can also cut up your cilantro while you’re at it.
Step 2: Combine Ingredients
In a medium sized bowl, combine black beans, red onion, corn, tomato, kidney beans, and red pepper.
Step 3: Add Your Hot & Spicy Extreme Bean
Next, add in some Hot & Spicy Extreme Beans. This will give your dish a little crunch and kick. Stir everything up.
Step 4: Combine Wet Ingredients
Next, pour in some olive oil, followed by wine juice, and continue to stir. Top it off with cilantro, and some rind from the Extreme Bean jar; (optional).
Step 5: Serve & Enjoy
At this point, you can redistribute your Extreme Bean Fiesta Salad into individual bowls, serve, and enjoy this healthy, easy snack!
