Mandy: I am here with Mary from Paw Street Market and we are talking about everything fun and healthy for your fur baby. So, Mary, what does the customer experience when they walk through your doors?
Mary: When you come to Paw Street Market, we are all about health and wellness and lifestyle for your pets. You’re going to find the highest quality of foods and the best toy selection that we can offer for all the furry friends and all their needs throughout all their life stages.
Mandy: I love it, especially when it comes to things like toys because not all toys are created equal are they?
Mary: Oh they absolutely are not. And you get some of those really really tough breeds and they will tear apart any toy. So, we spend time speaking to our clients and understanding what their pets needs are and whether they’re big or whether they’re small we’re going to have the right solution for you.
Mandy: Now you’ve got a really neat feature in your store. Talk to me a little bit about your dog wash station.
Mary: So, we like to create a nice clean space for people to come and wash their dogs. And we do all the cleaning when you leave. So, we supply everything you need for your dog’s wash and then you just leave the mess to us and you go home with a nice shiny clean dog.
Mandy: What can we find when it comes to food options?
Mary: We’ve got a lot of food options here. We carry brands that we get behind. We have a very big raw frozen section because a lot of people feed raw and frozen. But there’s still a lot of dry feeders out there. And there isn’t a brand in our stores that I wouldn’t feed to my own animals.
