Choosing Eye Shadow Colours

Blue Eyes
To best compliment blue colored eyes, you want to, first and foremost, take the color wheel into account. Sitting directly across the color wheel from blue is orange, so naturally, a pallet made up of orange tones will really make blue eyes pop. Brown Eyes

Green Eyes
