When you send out your wedding invitations, make sure to simply ask your guests to contact you should they have any specific dietary restrictions. This way, you can inform your venue or catering service well in advance.
Choose your caterer wisely
Given enough notice, most wedding venues and caterers will be able to meet specific dietary needs, but it’s important to note how flexible they can be depends on the size of the business, the number of staff, the equipment in the kitchen, and a dozen other variable factors.
Offer alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks
It’s also important to consider your guests who don’t drink alcohol (as well as the ones who do). Make sure you have drinks that cater to both.
