Edible Cookie Dough
There’s only one thing better and tastier than cookies, and that’s cookie dough! But eating raw dough can be hazardous to your health. So, in this segment of The Marc and Mandy Show, Mandy learns how to make edible cookie dough with Linda Peters.
What you’ll need: butter, brown sugar, white sugar, flour, milk, white vanilla extract, chocolate chips, mini M&Ms
The recipe:
- Start this recipe off with the flour. You want to make the flour safe to eat, so bake it in the oven at 350 degrees for about five to ten minutes. This will kill any bacteria in the flour.
- Next, soften your butter and combine your butter with brown sugar and white sugar in a bowl. Whip the contents together with a mixer until it’s fluffy.
- At this stage, you can add your baked flour, followed by milk and white or pure vanilla extract. Mix the contents together with a mixer until combined
- Finally, you can put your edible cookie dough in cups or bowls, garnish with mini M&Ms (or toppings of your choice), serve, and enjoy!
