Expert Advice: Wedding Photography
In this segment of The Marc and Mandy Show: Expert Q & A, Nigel Sutton and Larissa Davey Dreger give great advice to get the best pictures for your wedding. To learn more about the three stages of wedding photography, check out the video above or keep reading.
Stage 1: Pre-Wedding Planning
In this stage, you’re going to want to discuss with the photographer what kind of photos you want to capture before the wedding starts. Another thing you want to discuss with your photographer is what you want to do with the images after. It’ll be really helpful for the end result.
Stage 2: Day of the Wedding
There’s the photos before the wedding, there’s the photos during the wedding ceremony, and then there’s the event after the wedding ceremony. So, there may be products that you need to have ready. For instance, your guest sign in book. Perhaps you can have a poster of the wedding couple and have people sign on that. So you want to make sure you talk to your photographer about all these things to make sure everything is ready for the big day.
Stage 3: Post-Wedding
Now that you have the photos, what are you going to do with them? We can do things like photo books, canvas, all different kinds of wall art, and photo cubes.
