Expert Q&A: All Season Fencing
Whether you’re trying to increase privacy, keep your pets safe, or increase the resale value of your home, a customized fence system could be the answer you’re searching for! In this episode of The Marc and Mandy Show: Expert Q & A, Jonathan Lewis from All Season Fencing LTD. answers questions about all season fencing.
Q: How does vinyl fencing hold up to seasonal changes?
Jonathan Lewis: We’ve engineered our fencing and decking product lines to incorporate something called Aurora Shield, which is a palletized compound that’s included in the acrylic and vinyl cap stock on fences. Essentially what that does is it protects the fence from the elements: rain, snow, sun, and all of the different temperature changes that we have throughout the year. And what it does is it creates a highly durable surface for high-traffic areas for decking and exposure for our fencing.
Q: How long will vinyl fencing last?
JL: Vinyl fencing will typically outlast your home. It’s engineered to be in incredibly high traffic areas, so you’re typically looking upwards of 50 years. You’re not going to outlast the material we provide.
Q: What is an H-post?
JL: All Season has a unique fence post design and that’s our H-post. What this allows us to do is cut down on the installation time and it makes the unit a lot more streamlined, so there’s no brackets and there’s a minimal amount of hardware required.
