In this segment of The Marc and Mandy Show: Ask An Expert, Tara Hreljac from Doors and More answers questions about their bathroom shower doors.
Q: My wife and I have always had shower doors with hardware. How is your hardware different?
Tara Hreljac: We get asked that question frequently. Here at Doors and More, we use what we call our 3-Point Anti-Leak System. The first point is hinges. We over-close our hinges by five percent, which allows for a nice, tight close, every single time. It pushes the door up nice and tight against the gasket, which is our second point. We run these seals down both sides of your door, as well as a sweep along the bottom. The third point is our threshold. We run the threshold across the opening of the door. It has a nice slight slope to it so it rolls the water back into the shower where it belongs and not on your floor.
