Flaming S’mores Martini | Birthday Cocktail Recipes
Whether you’ve got a birthday coming up or you just feel like celebrating, a fancy cocktail can could be the treat you need! In this segment of The Marc and Mandy Show, Chef Rob Thomas shows Mandy how to create a Flaming S’mores Martini.
What you’ll need: marshmallows, graham cracker crumbs, chocolate liqueur, vodka, rum, ice
Step 1: Coat The Rim
First, coat the rim of your cocktail glass with melted marshmallow. The rim of your cup should be nice and sticky. Then, dip the rim of your class in crushed up graham cracker crumbs.
Step 2: Combine Wet Ingredients
In a cocktail shaker, combine chocolate liqueur, (for instance, creme de cacao), vodka, and ice. Shake or stir the contents of the shaker.
Step 3: Pour
Pour the contents of the shaker (minus the ice) into your marshmallow/graham cracker rimmed glass.
Step 4: Float The Rum
Next, hold a spoon, back-side up, over top of your glass, and pour some rum over the back-side of the spoon. This will ensure that the rum stays in top of your cocktail and doesn’t mix with the rest of your liquids.
