French Tuck Hairstyle

Praise Okwumabua: Hi Marc and Mandy! I am doing today a style called the french tuck. It’s essentially a good look for if you want all your hair up. Braids are really, really easy to do and great way to put texture in your hair. So, essentially, I’m doing an inside out braid, where I want the braid to be sitting on top and all of this hair is coming straight to the back of her head. It depends how fancy you want it. You could take all the hair off your face or you can leave a little bit out. If you leave a little bit out, you could do a little wave or a flat iron curl to that and adds a little softness. Even if there are some shorter pieces, you can always just tuck it behind the ear. So, when you’re done the braid is going to get elastic or bobby pin to secure it on the end. So, basically, taken the braid and put a little pin and tucked it up into her hairline. And now i’m just taking some bobs just to reinforce it. You can always finish off with a little bit of hairspray. I like a little bit of the of the frizz and the mess. So, that’s about that. And this is what we call the french tuck.
