Kids only get to be kids for a short time, and they should enjoy their pre-adulthood free time while they can. Adolescence is also prime time for kids to focus on their academics so that they can secure a promising future. Work can easily become a distraction from important coursework and extracurricular activities
He Said: Yes
Jobs help kids to build important life-skills, such as time management and respect for authority. Jobs also help kids to learn value for money and they can use the money they earn to save up for college or to fund other personal expenses. Finally, securing a job early on in life will help them build the work experience necessary to secure better jobs later on in life.
