Holiday Hacks: Gift Wrapping Tips

Gift wrapping can be tedious, error-prone, and extremely frustrating if you don’t know what you’re doing. Fortunately, Marc and Mandy are here to save the day (and save your gifts!). On this episode of The Marc and Mandy Show, Marc and Mandy share hacks and tips for gift wrapping. How to wrap: Open-faced boxes & Egg-shaped gifts

The solution: Take a large section of wrapping paper, cut into the shape of a square or rectangle. (The shape and size of your wrapping paper will depend on the shape and size of your gift.) Next, place your present in the center of the your paper, gather it up at the top of your present, and secure it with a silk bow. You can then add a unique touch with a decorative accessory. 

How to wrap: Odd-shaped gifts

The solution: If you do want to go the wrapping route, but you’re dealing with an odd-shaped present, popping your gift into a standard sized box is the way to go. To give your present a bit of a unique edge, you’ll only need paper, scissors, tape, glue, and a little bit of creativity. To turn your present into a whimsical woodland creature, simply wrap it with brown paper, cut animal features out of construction paper, and paste the features directly onto the paper-covered box.
