Michele Cummins: Hi Marc and Mandy. Today I’m sharing some investment tips and speaking to why live in the Fraser Valley. Well, for one thing, the movie industry. We’re Hollywood North and right now we’re in the tv series Supernaturals’ baby hauler that hauls the impala. You can rent out your properties for good coin for the movie business, which is lots of fun. Also, the Fraser Valley has been known since the early 1900s to go up around six percent a year. What a great investment! Your equity just keeps on growing. And Chilliwack was named the third best place to invest in all of Western Canada for 2020 and in 2019 it was Abbotsford. And did you know that Langley is the horse capital of BC? And did you know we’re also the corn capital of Canada. There’s so many great aspects of the Fraser Valley that’s why I have chosen to live here out of everywhere in the world.
