Leftover Halloween Candy Cookie Cheesecake Dessert Bar
If there’s one thing Halloween is chock-full of, it’s sugar-charged kids. If you’re hoping to limit your kids’ candy intake this year, or even if you’re not, we’ve got a great idea for what to do with any excess candy you may encounter come November 1st.
Cookie Cheesecake Candy Dessert Bar
Ingredients:
- double chocolate cookie dough
- chocolate chip cookie doe
- chocolate bars
- cream cheese
- caramel sauce
- eggs
- sugar
- chocolate chips
Instructions:
Step 1: In a small baking pan, distribute your double chocolate cookie dough evenly, using your hands to spread out and compact the dough.
Step 2: Next, lay your chocolate chip cookie doe right on top, using your hands to evenly distribute and compact the dough.
Step 3: Your next layer will be comprised entirely of candy bars. Press them into the existing dough to create a third layer to your dessert.

Step 5: Apply your cheesecake batter over top of your three-layered dessert, which will form a fourth layer. Top off your batter with some chocolate chips, if desired.
Step 6: Bake and enjoy!
