Todd Talbot: The biggest mistake people make when trying to sell their house is pricing it too high. Ultimately, that’s the variable that gets your house sold. People try to get ambitious sometimes and the home ends up sitting on the market. Eventually, you’ll have to adjust the price and that sends a really bad message to the marketplace. So, my advice would be to make sure you get your pricing strategy right, right from the beginning.
