Mickey Fabbiano: When renovating a bathroom, one of the most common problems is the layout. A lot of people have their existing bathrooms, which are commonly five feet by five feet, which doesn’t sound big, but you can fit your tub, your sink, and your toilet. Of course, nowadays the bathroom is a place where people spend a little bit more time in. You know, you want to get ready and enjoy the space. You used to go into a house and show them your living room and show them your kitchen and maybe your bedroom, but now you want to show off your bathroom. Whether you have this brand new tiling or a concrete finished sink, you want to show it off. So the most common problem people run into when renovating their bathrooms is layout because people want to switch things around to achieve their ideal space.
