Q: What’s your secret to surviving a home renovation?
Sebastian Sevallo: My personal best secret to surviving a home renovation project is to plan. To plan and plan and even have a contingency plan—and then to keep myself away from Mickey sometimes, because it can be pretty stressful around him. But as far as home renovations go, situations and problems are bound to arise, because they always do. The best way to cope is by having a contingency plan in place and having the resources available to deal with these situations. So plan—I can’t stress that enough!
