Tandoori Chicken Burger With Mango Salsa
In this episode of The Marc and Mandy Show, Marc and Mandy show how to make a delicious tandoori chicken burger with mango salsa.
What you’ll need: chicken breasts, KFI Tandoori Marinade, plain greek yogurt, mango, red onion, belly pepper, KFI Mango Chutney Sauce, cilantro, olive oil, ciabatta bun, mayonnaise, KFI Coriander Cilantro Chutney Sauce, mixed greens
The recipe:
- Start by marinating your boneless skinless chicken breast using KFI Tandoori Marinade and plain greek yogurt for a minimum of four hours to overnight. Place your marinated chicken on a grill to cook.
- While you’re marinating, you can make a mango salsa. Add chopped mango, red onion, red pepper, cilantro, and KFI Mango Chutney Sauce to the bowl.
- Once your chicken is nearly cooked, you can place your ciabatta buns on the grill as well. Drizzle some olive oil over the buns.
- Remove the buns from the grill and = then spread mayonnaise onto the buns, followed by KFI Coriander Cilantro Chutney Sauce.
- Once your chicken is fully cooked, place it between two buns.
- Serve with mixed greens and enjoy!
