Tips For Selling Your Home

On this episode of The Marc and Mandy Show: Love Your Home, Realtor Les Sediles shares some tips to help sell your home.

Les Sediles: I’m excited to be here to talk to you guys about selling. Here are some key things to keep in mind. First of all, clean, clean, clean. That might mean a little bit of staging, but what that also means is get rid of clutter. Get rid of things that can distract a buyer. Some important things to also consider is that your home has to be available to be seen. That means make sure that buyers can go in see your home, because if you limit showings, people can’t see your home, they can’t make an offer. Be prepared for an offer be, prepared to negotiate. People always want to feel like they’re getting a deal and your job is to make sure you’re ready for that negotiation. So that means that’s part of the preparation, along with your cleaning, editing, and decluttering and making your home available to show. Another thing to keep in mind when you’re selling is that a lot of people are gonna go through your home, so make sure you keep it ready because sometimes the showings come up really quickly.
