Access Framing is a successful construction company that specializes in residential and commercial framing and concrete work. The company was founded in 2002 by Joe’s father, and since then, it has grown and expanded under Joe’s leadership.
Joe Froese’s journey with Access Framing began in 2012 when he started working for the company. Through his experience, he gained valuable knowledge about framing techniques and the trade as a whole. As time went on, Joe developed a passion for the industry, which eventually led him to buy into the company in 2014 with the goal of expanding it further.
In 2015, Joe embarked on his Red Seal Certification, which he successfully completed in 2017. This certification not only solidified his expertise in the field but also allowed Access Framing to expand its operations. At that time, the company added a commercial crew to its existing residential crew, enabling them to take on larger projects such as townhomes and bigger builds.
Since then, Access Framing has continued to grow and now consists of three crews: two commercial framing crews and a residential concrete crew. This expansion has allowed the company to offer a comprehensive range of services, from the start of a project to the completion of the building envelope, all under one contractor.
One of the key factors contributing to Access Framing’s success is Joe’s love for the job. He enjoys working outdoors and takes pride in the buildings and projects that his company has completed over the years. With almost 12 years of experience in the industry, Joe can now drive around and point out the various locations where he and his team have worked, sharing his accomplishments with his children.
