The Trend: Square Dining Table
Evelyn Eshun: Typically, dining tables are rectangular or round, but I want to tell you that a square dining table is the perfect solution for most spaces, right?
Kathy Hinnawi: Yes. People don’t understand that a round table fits five people, whereas with a square table, you can maximize the corners and fit up to eight.
Evelyn Eshun: Absolutely. And here we don’t have to have the “captain” of the table; everybody gets to face each other, which I absolutely love. Now this table, this is a 48 by 48, custom. And this is designed by you guys?
Kathy Hinnawi: It is designed by Zenlia, yes. And you can do it in different woods. So, this is oak wood. You can do oak, cherry, maple—you pick the wood, you pick the stain color, you pick if you want a glass component to it.
