Bicep Curl + Shoulder Press
This is a compound movement, meaning this is two exercises combined into one. Start with a regular bicep curl using your choice of free weights. As you reach the top of your curl, transition into a shoulder press. At the bottom of your shoulder press, transition back into a bicep curl and repeat these motions for 30 seconds, a minute, or even two minutes, depending on how much time you have available.
Once you’ve finished your compound exercise, drop your free weights, and begin your choice of cardio. One example is to jog on the spot, keeping your knees nice and high for a more intensive workout.
