- Control the light in the room. It is important to have both an overhead light as well as a table lamp. Purchase window coverings that allow no light through them in order to help your baby sleep.
- Ensure that the nursery is well organized. Choosing specific furniture pieces, such as a change table with drawers, makes for easier organization.
