Natural Cold Remedies

Hot Milk Steamer
What you’ll need: milk, fresh ground cinnamon, and ginger (fresh or powder)
How to prepare it: Heat your milk and add in fresh ground cinnamon and ginger. Let the steamer steep before drinking. TIP If you’re not tolerant of milk, you can substitute the hot milk with hot water and lemon.
Gummy Cough Suppressants
What you’ll need: unflavored gelatine, fresh lemon and ginger, honey or sugar for taste
How to prepare it: Boil a couple of packs worth of unflavored gelatine, then add in your fresh lemon, ginger, and honey or sugar. Then transfer your mixture into molds and let them sit in the fridge until they’ve solidified.
Smoothie Sipper
What you’ll need: water, fresh pineapple, ginger, and lemon, honey or sugar for taste
How to prepare it: Blend all of your ingredients together and add honey or sugar for taste.
