When getting a house ready for sale, make sure all of your lights work and you don’t have any burnt out bulbs. Also, have all the lights on during the showing and open up all your curtains to let in plenty of natural light too. 

Declutter and remove personal items

When it comes to staging your home’s interior, less is definitely more. Get rid of clutter and remove bulky furniture pieces that obstruct space and your home’s features. You should also remove personalized items, such as family pictures. 

Consider your curb appeal

You want your home to make a good impression, and this starts before potential buyers step foot inside. Make sure your curb appeal is on point by paying attention to your landscaping and exterior paint job. If possible, paint the outside of your home a neutral color and avoid super personalized design choices.
