Sleep Well
As a health professional, I believe that sleep is non-negotiable because sleep allows you to bring your best self to all of your other health habits. If you get enough sleep, your brain fog is decreased, you have better moods, you’re more likely to exercise and you’re more likely to be able to maintain your weight because your hormones rebalance when you sleep. You bring your best self to everything you do when you get better sleep. If you have a quality mattress, you’re more likely to want to go to bed and you’re more likely to get that quality sleep because it’s not the hours you spend in bed that counts, it’s the hours that you spend getting quality sleep that really sets you up for health success.
