Advice for Finding a Wedding Planner

Experience counts
When shopping around for your planner, prioritize experience if you can. Though an experienced planner with lots of happy references may cost more, you’re paying for their expertise and problem-solving abilities, and it’ll likely show on the big day.
Prioritize personality
When you’re picking a wedding planner, their personality also counts. You’re going to be spending a lot of time with this person, so make sure you pick someone you like and are going to get along with.
Meet up in person
In this day and age, we do everything online. That being said, while researching your planner online is a great idea, hiring them without meeting them in person is a big mistake. Make sure you schedule an in-person meet up before you fork over any deposits.
