Todd Talbot: Oh my goodness! Okay, so, the easiest, quickest, and cheapest thing that you can do to your home is declutter your house. Beside that, a fresh coat of paint can make a world of difference, in terms of making your space smell cleaner and look fresher. When people walk into a house, they are responding on an emotional level, so you want to speak to that. Maybe, you know, have some cookies there too.
