Expert Q&A: Bathroom Fixtures
On this episode of The Marc and Mandy Show: Expert Q & A, Rob Siegmund from Serenity Bath Boutique answers questions about buying bathroom fixtures online.
Q: I’m doing my own bathroom renovation and I’m planning on buying all of my own fixtures online. Is that a good idea?
Rob Siegmund: That’s an excellent question and one that we’ve been dealing with here at Serenity Bath Boutique for the last five years or so. There’s nothing wrong with online shopping, just make sure that who you’re buying from is a reputable dealer. Not everyone is a plumbing expert; not everyone even knows anything about the products they sell. Sometimes, they just integrate the products into their website and hope someone buys them. So, by buying from a reputable company that has history in the plumbing industry, you know you’re going to get certified products, expert advice (if needed), product support (if anything was to go wrong down the road), parts (if need be), and so forth. So the most important thing when doing your online shopping is just making sure you know who you are buying from. Other than that, you should be perfectly fine buying from your local retailer or buying online through a reputable source.
