Expert Q&A: Sunrooms
Are you thinking about adding a sunroom to your property? On this episode of The Marc and Mandy Show: Ask An Expert, Matt Jacewicz from Four Season Sunrooms answers questions about different types of sunrooms. Keep reading for the expert-approved Q&A.
Q: What’s the difference between a three season and four season sunroom?
Matt Jacewicz: Essentially, the difference between a four season sunroom and your traditional seasonal sunrooms are a permanent heating source. With the former, you get to enjoy your sunroom 365 days a year: when it’s snowing, when it’s raining, and so on.
Q: I’d love to add a sunroom to my house, but I’m not sure if I have enough space. What should I do?
Matt Jacewicz: If your on the market for sunroom additions, you’re going to see a lot of images that showcase bigger homes and big properties. At this point, you may be thinking to yourself: maybe my small property isn’t really designed to have an extension like this built on. That’s not relatively true.
