Sometimes it can feel impossible to loose the weight you want to, especially if you’re not making an effort to eat right. In this segment of The Marc and Mandy Show: Learn Something New, Kevin Ronak from The Other 2% shares a secret to weight loss, which is nutrition.
Kevin Ronak: Hey Marc and Mandy! Today we’re going to talk about did you know you have a choice. Most people that are in the obese category are overweight or just feeling terrible about themselves don’t know that they have a choice. They think that their only thing that they can do is spend hours and hours in the gym. Blood, sweat, tears working themselves till they throw up in the garbage can, all that kind of stuff. Most people don’t know that they have a choice. Ninety-five percent of weight loss is done with nutrition, while only five percent is done physically. So, the more active you are, of course, the more calories you will use and the quicker you will lose weight, but if you don’t eat the right foods that give you access to your fat stores, you can exercise all you want and you don’t even have access to it.
