Shrimp Tikka Masala

Ingredients: shrimp, canola oil, minced ginger, minced garlic, goda masala, paprika, turmeric, caramelized onions, tomatoes, celery, white onion, bell peppers, East India Company’s tiki masala sauce, ginger, cilantro
The recipe:
- Start this recipe by adding a little bit of canola oil to a tempered pan.
- Once the oil has had a chance to heat, add some minced garlic and ginger to the pan. EXPERT TIP The ginger and garlic should sizzle when they hit the pan. If they don’t, increase the heat.
- Add some garam masala to your pan, followed by paprika and turmeric.
- Now that you have a base going, add caramelized onions, followed up cut up tomato, celery, and bell peppers or the vegetables of your choosing.
- Next, add your deveined shrimp, followed by East India Company’s tiki masala sauce. Stir up the contents of the pan.
- Finally, sprinkle some ginger julienne, cilantro, and garam masala.
- Serve with basmati rice or naan.
