College Chic Style that goes from Classroom to Club

Hitting the books this fall? College can be a lot of fun – but it can also be hard on the budget! Whether you’re in class or hitting the clubs, we’ve got two great looks using the same classic black pencil skirt to maximize your wardrobe budget! This week I chose a black A-line skirt from School Wear Solutions. This flattering skirt is both comfortable and classy enough for classroom wear or you can sass it up for an evening at the club!

Classroom Look: To create classroom chic, we paired the black skirt with a colourful top (modcloth) and fun accessories like these Jessie stretch bracelets (stelladot.com), a chic Deco black and gold pendant and  adorable Charcoal pearl stud earrings (both from Carolee.com). Then, to finish the look, we added Cool Black Flat heel toe sandals (Shoespie).

Night Club Glam: To take this skirt from the classroom to the club, we paired the skirt with a flirty blue and white tank top (modcloth).  We added some frosting around the neck with an elegant necklace (emitations) and stunning Prisca’s Antique earrings. Too add a little extra sass we brought in a very unique black and clear snake bangle (emitations). We finished the look with a sexy pair of black cutout lace-up boots (Lulus) and a classy black leather purse (etsy).
