Outdoor Kitchen
With outdoor entertaining becoming increasingly popular, an outdoor kitchen is a strong selling point for a home. This outdoor kitchen features a built-in sink, barbecue, and grill, ideal for the grill master in all of us! Something that shouldn’t be overlooked in an outdoor kitchen (or any kitchen for that matter) is a hood fan. A hood fan will help to direct smoke away from your entertaining space.
Conversation Area
Outdoor living is all about creating a space that is great for unwinding with your family or entertaining friends and family. This outdoor space features modular patio furniture rather than traditional patio furniture because it allows for maximum seating and minimal clutter. In addition, modular furniture is lightweight, easy to move around, and easy to clean. One tip to remember when furniture shopping, particular for cushions, is to opt for cushions with a zippered cover. This way, if they get dirty, it’s easy enough to take the covers off and have them cleaned.
Driveway Planters
In this property, the driveway is located at the rear of the home, which inevitably takes up a large part of the backyard. To spruce up the driveway, consider flanking it with pots and/or planters. This will add a little flare and allow for urban gardening.
