Simon Holding: Hi Marc and Mandy, today we’re going to talk about vibration therapy and training. So, how does it work? When we move conventionally or exercise conventionally our bodies only let us utilize approximately 40 to 50 percent of our muscle fibers. It needs to conserve energy. When we use a properly configured vibration machine our body utilizes 100 of the muscle fibers. Some of the benefits are increasing strength and endurance, increase of calorie burning, increase of circulation, increase of lymphatic system, which is most important these days because we need to keep a healthy immune system.
