Eating Habits for Losing Fat
Have you heard of the COVID-19? Or worse, have you fallen victim to it? On this episode of The Marc and Mandy Show, Kevin Ronak shares advice on how to lose fat by what you eat.
Kevin Ronak: First of all, we’ve got to get back to basics. Eight ounces of protein for your meals, two cups of vegetables for your meals, and stay away from the carby things to raise your insulin. And let’s get it back to a place where we’re not storing energy in our fat stores, but actually being able to use it. And how we do that is basically we try to separate our foods so that we’re not eating carby foods and fat foods in the same meal. If you have a meal that’s high in fats, stay away from the carbs so you’re not raising your insulin. And if you have a meal that’s high in carbs, you don’t want to have fats because that’s where all the high calorie stuff is to add to your fat stores. So that’s the best way to get it under control and get it back to normal. So there you go, let’s get that COIVD-19 20 under control.
