Go Bananas Smoothie

Traditionally, when you think about smoothies, you think about berries and orange or grapefruit juice as your base. The Go Bananas smoothie incorporates berries as well, but calls for milk as the base. This is a good smoothie for anyone looking for a quick and easy, high protein, high fibre meal before they head to work, yoga class, or the gym. To recreate the Go Bananas smoothie, simply combine 2% milk, greek yogurt, and bananas into a blender. These ingredients will make up your base. Next, you can add your berries, ice, and some honey for sweetness. Blend everything together, serve, and enjoy.
