Q: What are the benefits of having a designer involved in my project?
Chris Siemens: A designer will help develop a floor plan, draw elevations, pick out interior and exterior finishes. A designer will also think of a lot of things that the homeowner might not think about. So, there are a lot of creative and also practical ways in which a designer can help.
Q: How do you ensure quality in construction?
Chris Siemens: We ensure quality construction by using the same team of sub-trades working alongside our own employees on basically every single job. This ensures consistent communication and quality.
Q: What advice do you have for not exceeding my construction budget?
Chris Siemens: Understand your budget. Make sure you know your allowances so you don’t overspend on things such as finishes, and whenever possible, make sure you think of changes ahead of time.
