Barilla Pronto Spaghetti with Balsamic Chicken
Serves 6
Ingredients:
- 1 box Barilla Pronto Half-Cut Spaghetti
- 3 cups cold water
- 2 cups chicken breast, cooked
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 3 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 1/2 cup Asiago cheese, shredded
- 5 basil leaves, chiffonade
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
- Pour whole box of pasta into a large skillet and add 3 cups of cold water, making sure to cover pasta. Turn the burner to high and set timer to 10 minutes. After 7 minutes, add chicken, tomatoes, and vinegar and cook an additional 3 minutes. Remove from heat, fold in cheese and sprinkle with basil. Serve immediately.
