What are some easy ways to observe holistic health in your everyday life?
- Eat food that’s clean, free of chemicals and preservatives, and has simple ingredients
- Keep and nurture healthy, loving relationships with friends and family
- Get plenty of exercise each day and spend time outdoors every day
- Take lots of breaks to rest your exercise when working
- Prioritize your sleep and make sure you’re getting the amount you need each night
- Practice proper sleep hygiene
