Refuel with this Delicious Smoothie

This smoothie is filled with potassium-rich kiwifruit, banana and orange juice for a delicious pre- or post-workout snack that has numerous benefits for your body. Potassium Power Smoothie
Servings: 2
Prep Time: 5 minutes
Ingredients:
- 1 cup fortified vanilla soymilk
- 1 cup calcium-fortified orange juice
- 2 Zespri SunGold kiwifruit, washed, unpeeled and chopped
- 1 banana, sliced
- 1/2 cup ice cubes
- 2 tbsp soy protein powder
- 1 tsp honey
Directions:
- Blend all ingredients in blender on high for 20 to 30 seconds or until smooth. Serve immediately.
